What this site collects
candoship.com is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms and no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and to keep the site running; they are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
When you contact us
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we use what you send only to reply and to handle your request. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not share your details with third parties, except where the law requires it.
Fonts and external links
Pages load the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google; Google's privacy policy applies to that request. Links to cadbotic.com, alertcommunities.org and other sites lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Our products
Each Candoship product has its own privacy policy that covers the data it processes. For AlertCommunities, see alertcommunities.org/privacy. Products in trial or development publish theirs before launch.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you from a contact you made, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to services@candoship.com. We handle requests under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
